A. Dinner in the space needle is always lovely and something to experience. Right around there are fun museums and even an amusement park which could be fun and romantic. You two could pick up lunch at Pike's Place Market (bread, cheese, wine, flowers even!!) and then go have lunch in a park on the water (I recommend Myrtle Edwards Park - that's where my fiance proposed to me!). A ferry ride, all snuggled up together. They even have dinner cruises on the Puget sound which are amazing!!
As for gifts...there really are endless possibilities. I think it is always nice to get someone something they love but may think too extravagant or unnecessary to get themselves (gifts should be frivolous!) What does she like to do and go from there! (Ex. Does she love to cook, do a joint cooking class - romantic and soooo sweet)

What would like to receive for a 2nd year anniversary of marriage?
Q. I'm planning a vacation for hubby and I (3 days in March) at Donna's Premier Lodging, a romantic getaway place that specializes in romance, to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary of marriage. I can't think of anything to get him as an anniversary gift. He's not a big snack fan and I don't think roses would cut it. Women, what would you or have you gotten your hubby as an anniversary gift and men, what would you like to receive as an anniversary gift besides the obvious? lol
A. I'm a big movie nut so my wife usually ends up getting me two or three DVDs that I've been itching for the directors cuts of ones I do have. I'm a sucker for the extra content. But honestly, I'd be fine with just having a night away from the bustle of the day.
Sticking with the traditional wedding anniversary gift ideas, what are some good ideas for the first year?
Q. My husband and I will be celebrating our one year wedding anniversary in a week. I want to stick with the traditional gift ideas and the first year is paper. Any good ideas of paper gifts for the 1st yr married?
A. A handwritten letter professing your love to him along with a wonderful dinner or plan a trip somewhere romantic. If your'e on a budget, I suggest the letter and make sure the paper is not college ruled! Must keep it classy and romantic.
