A. you must go into your inventory...then click on ALL then click on any of the gift boxes in the inventory...and then just press open item

A. Well, you have to wait until Nintendo announces an event in a particular date in order for you to use Mystery gift. This event can get you Arceus, Darkrai, or Shaymin.
