Should I choose to be a wholesaler or retailer if I want to be a distributor? I sell products to western?
Q. I'm in China. I want to be a distributor of gifts, crafts, accessories, bags, etc to western countries.Should I choose to be a wholesaler or retailer?
Should I target western stores/shops or individuals?

A. It actually depends on your ability to market the goods. High demands of a particular product can make better profit if you have intent of being a wholesaler, but the risk is quite big as well. The alternative is to retailing, the downside is that you have smaller market. The choice is entirely up to you.
