When i was a minor i received gifts from my father, now that i have become an adult i have moved out of the house, my father is now demanding back a number of expensive items i recieved as gifts, christmas birthday etc. or he will have them be reported as a theft. These items include an iPod, snowboard and one rifle. because i was a minor when these gifts were given to me, are they considered my property as i become an adult?

A. If the goods were accepted as your for any period as an adult, they are yours.
Is it ok to give someone a pre-ordered gift for christmas?
Q. There is a wii game I know my friend will love for christmas, the only problem is that it doesn't officially come out until 2/8. There is the option to pre-order it on amazon. Is it ok to give a print out of the pre-order as a gift for christmas, to show what will be coming for them, or is it tacky?
A. No, I think that is ok....give them a nice card and put a picture of the gift in the card. They will like the fact that you are thinking of them and getting them this amazing gift.
How early can i start making christmas chocolate?
Q. I plan on making 2 varietys of chocolate bark for gifts this christmas...peppermint and peanut. How early can i make this, wrap it in their little plastic/christmas/chinese take-out containers (so cute).
I have some days off next week and i would like to get them done if i could.

A. As long as you store it in an airtight container, I think that you would be safe to go ahead and start. But, you don't need to refridgerate. As another wrote, it will make the chocolate turn white. Unless, of course, you are using white chocolate! Need I guess it wouldn't matter now, would it?? Make something yummy!!
What are some things that you can make to give as christmas gifts?
Q. I don't have a lot of money to buy gifts for christmas and a few of my friends don't have a lot of money to spend either so I was thinking about getting supplies to make things to give as christmas gifts to family members. Any Ideas?
A. Take a large empty wine bottle, push a small strand of white Christmas lights into it (about 2-3 feet), and wrap a sheer gold ribbon with an ornate decoration around the neck, like frosted grapes with leaves. The dollar store carries them. They are so pretty when lit up! My cousin made me one, and I love it!
