Q. i ordered a birthday gift for my mother online 26 days ago and it's still not here. I got an email saying the item was out of stock the day after i ordered and they told me to wait 2 weeks... its been nearly 4. Do backordered products usually take this long?

Q. My uncle sent me a brass flute as a birthday gift and he used USPS priority mail large flat box. According to USPS tracking it was sent on May 2nd out of Baltimore where he lives and was driven up to Jamaica Kennedy Airport about 2 days later on May the 4th. It then doesn't provide anything that happened next, so I'm assuming it either got lost by Canadian customs or at Kennedy airport.

A. A month is too long it should have arrived within two weeks even with along delay in Customs.Contact USPS if you have the tracking number and have them start a trace to see what happened.

Q. My brothers and I are thinking about buying a camaro for my dad as a birthday gift. A friend of mine told me it takes the dealership a while to get it delivered or something like that. His birthday is November 13. Will we have enough time to have it delivered? Or would it be better to get it delivered for Christmas?
