i am planning to set a Corporate gifts business in India. I was thinking to send Offers to the business houses in India and Introduce them our business and our products and ask them for best time to send a sales person to them. So i was wondering if it is legal to send this kind of offer to the business heads? or will it be called a spam?

A. In India, there is no law for unsolicited communication except 'do not call list'. Because of lack of legal action, people are not even following do not call list. few people may consider it as a spam or few may appreciate it. It differs from person to person. Read more on given link.
