Q. Okay, so my girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I want to get her a nice gift, jewelry has been done and I want to do something different. She's going to be a third grade teacher soon and I want to get something related to that, but i'm not sure where to go with it. Any ideas? Also, I don't mind spending money, it's just i have no clue what to get her lol. Thank you!
A. Adam, ask her what she needs or wants and get that. It's the best way! At least you will know you got something she wants.
What steps do I need to take to properly open my small business?
Q. I want to open a small gift/jewelry shop. Without giving away the main money maker, I can say I have a customized item to sell that no one in my area has. It is a very popular and unique item. I know I have the right product to sell but now I'm not sure where to start.
A. Use this basic checklist to make sure all the important steps are taken before you launch your new venture. This business checklist will make sure that you cross all your t's and dot all your i's before your business launch.

How do I treat my two wives fairly and equally?
Q. Well, you see, my dilemma is that my first wife is 44 and my second wife is 18 so I'm naturally more inclined to enjoy the company of my second wife, buy her more gifts, jewellery, dresses, give her more spending money, take her on holiday and so on. I seem to be sensing some jealousy from my first wife towards the girl (they were living together - now I have bought her a separate house). Is this considered unfair treatment?
A. Remember how Jacob loved Rachel so much more then Leah even though Leah was the first wife. In return Leah was blessed more then Rachel with more children and (for christians, the line the savior came from) so it can be argued that you would bless the one you love by treating the other at least equally if not more fairly.
You also need to bear in mind that you are the head of this household and the best form of leadership is by example. These women have to live with each other in peace and that is so much easier to do if they are not made to feel like competitors instead of loved sister-wives.
