I have to get my cousin a gift for xmas and it has to be funny?

Q. I have to get my cousin a gift for xmas and it has to be funny. she is 16 years old. she just got her license and got in a minor accident. she got in trouble multiple times this summer for drinking and her parents had to be notified. i need a funny gift that maybe plays off one of those incidents.

A. Roman Holiday

How much thought should I expect my grown kids to put into my Xmas gifts?
Q. Our kids are all in their 40s, and have families of their own. We give them a large cash gift every Xmas plus many thoughtful gifts. None of them even bothered to look at my Amazon wish list (which I told them about) -- instead they got me candy. I've been on a diet all year and don't even especially like candy. How can I get them to think about me too?

A. You have a spouse/partner -- seek counseling from your local pastoral counselor or religious official (pastor, priest, preacher).

You might be surprised what someone outside your situation has to tell you about how families these days (2010s) are sharing with each other (gift cards, charitable donation, PayPal).

Don't have high expectations that someone here in an online Community / Social Network can see all of the background and cultural expectations that you have raised that extended family with. . .

What should we get my sister for Xmas?
Q. So we're planning on giving her the Mac we promised her for her bday which was in November, but we want to make it a combined gift for Xmas. What should we get her? She's really into creative writing and acting. I'm trying to figure out something to get her that would go well with the Mac but that has to do with something she likes. Thanks guys! By the way, she's 17 years old.

A. An audio/mp3 bible so you can feed your soul with God's Word when on the go or when too tired to read.
