Q. I ordered a gift off a wedding registry that will be sent directly to the bride and groom's home. Will it suffice to just bring a card to the wedding? Do I need to reference the gift in our card?
A. If you sent a gift you do not need to bring a card to the wedding. It's redundant. :-)
In fact, it's just one more thing that someone has to pack up and take home. Gifts and cards should be sent either before or after the wedding and not taken to the actual ceremony.
