firstly, you can get bubble wrapper in sjp market/even in some of the stationary shops near to your place
then you can contact any kirana/super market wher you can get discarded cardboard box in good condition (may be at a price)
you can first bubble wrap the item , then put it in the cardboard (soap)box which is strong enough to take the weight , again wrap the e box with a BOPP tape of 2" width .,
put the tape around the box as much as possible, stick the address paper with the same tape on all corners
if you want the box to look more easthetic , you can try wrap brown paper sheet around the box
for a single box it is not worth but a few good no of cardboard manufacturers are there in peenya
