A. scarf, hat, gloves (we all need those), or you can make him a CD w/ your fav songs, or
bake him some cookies or banana bread (mmmm) or write him a poem...think of what he likes/enjoys?
Oh if he likes to exercise you can buy him a jump rope (good cardio), or a stop watch like if he runs or sprints.
