A. There is no such thing as a Teacup <Insert ANY breed>. They are poorly bred dogs coming from Backyard Greeders or Puppy Mills that are out to make a buck on their miniature version of a real breed. They are not special, they are often sickly and have a lot of problems because of their poor genetics.
If a Pug is what he wants, then find a reputable, responsible breeder in the Houston area. Reputable breeders DO NOT breed Minis, Micros, Teacups or anything that doesn't fit the Breed Standard.
