So I looked through the ordering process and I believe I found your answer.
Once your item(s) is in the "shopping bag" and you are ready to checkout, you enter your address/name/phone# and all that good stuff.
Then you select the days for shipping.
The next page is where you chose how you will pay.
If you scroll down, you can select YES to your gift card... right under where it says promo code.
Then you fill in the gift card # and security code that they show you.
PRESTO!
