A. I would get her a box of chocolate's + a stuffed bear and put a giftcard to her fav.store in the hand of the bear..

High School Ladies- what would you like most as a gift from your secret admirer?

A. Flowers, for one. Personally if you want to make a statement don't get her a bear. Anyone can go into a dollar store and buy a bear.
If you're going to make a card, make it as unique and creative as possible. It's better than one you bought. Try making a collage with magazine clippings or draw something yourself!
Surprise with tickets to a movie, game, or concert she might want to see and leave a note saying: "Let's get together tonight and find out who you're new boyfriend is". It's corny but adorable at the same time.
